Claremont McKenna College, LearnServe
Amy Wu is a junior at Claremont McKenna College, majoring in Mathematics and Economics with a Computer Science minor. She is passionate about social entrepreneurship, having started her own social venture and mentored other teenage social entrepreneurs in high school through LearnServe International. Amy started Project Cultural Crossroads to address the lack of support for local immigrant communities, facilitating cross-cultural dialogue and tackling the mental health stigma. She has continued pursuing this passion in college by bringing social case competitions to campus, TA-ing a social innovation course, helping manage the Changemaker Fund for student-led social impact initiatives, and facilitating impact measurement workshops. She hopes that her post-college plans combine tech entrepreneurship with socially impactful work!
